Embodiment as a doorway to presence
Week Two invites awareness to gently inhabit the body.
Participants explore breath, sensation, and gentle movement as ways of feeling more grounded and present.
The body becomes a place to listen, feel, and rest.
This week supports a growing sense of familiarity with physical experience and a deeper appreciation for the body as an intelligent, responsive part of being human.

We reflect on how presence and embodiment naturally influence relationships, creativity, work, and daily life.
This week includes space for celebration, reflection, and honoring the relationship participants have built with themselves.
We explore through:
Listening for inner yes and no
Reflecting on values and desires
Integration practices
Closing circle and sharing
CELEBRATION

A clearer sense of direction
